The efforts of Moffitt Diversity are supported by a team of health care and research professionals, who are committed to the success and recognize the value of diversity and inclusion programs. Moffitt’s comprehensive approach to addressing diversity and health disparities issues is fostered through active participation by and engagement of the organization’s leadership, managers and grassroots community outreach professionals. This holistic approach facilitates opportunities to evaluate Moffitt’s diversity efforts in relation to its impact on myriad constituencies.
