Treatment Options for Actinic Keratosis
Actinic keratosis is not cancer but is treated because it may develop into cancer. Treatment of actinic keratosis may include the following:
- Topical chemotherapy.
- Cryosurgery.
- Electrodesiccation and curettage.
- Dermabrasion.
- Shave excision.
- Laser surgery.
- Photodynamic therapy.
